Our vacation rentals are in Puerta del Sol – Gran Via Area in Calle de las Carretras. Each one of our apartments has very good Communications with IFEMA, the main companies of Spain or with the areas where most of the leading professionals of Madrid work. Our very central position offers the possibility to have all the attractions of Madrid within minutes walking from our vacation rentals.
The Subway/underground or metro arrives here also. Tourist Bus Stop for sightseeing is 2 Minutes from our vacation rentals. Public parking places are only in a few meters distance.

The central location of our apartments lets you easily explore the Leisure, Attractions & Relaxations, Bars, Pubs, Discotheques, Restaurants, Movie, Theater,
Art Gallery, Museum and more... The locations are well connected with the rest of the capital as well as nearby cities by public transportation such as metro, train, bus, taxi, etc. 
We've recently refurbished to preserve the traditional Madrileño look. Our vacation rentals by owner are fully furnished with bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. They're between 50 and 75 m2 and can receive up to 5 guests.
All vacation rentals are with Elevator on different floors.
What we offer in our vacation rentals by owner:
We provide bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, Wireless Internet Access. TV with cable, air conditioning and heater, cleaning service once a week, Wi-Fi, towels changed every two days, bed sheets changed once a week, and all the bills of electricity, water, TV and gas included. Pets are accepted under certain conditions (ask the owner). Smoking allowed.
Kitchens with everything, ready to be used (dishwasher, pots and pans and other cooking utensils, laundry machine, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, plates (basically everything one needs in the kitchen).
But that is not all what we've to offer; with our huge experience in this business, we're sure to offer the best services possible for the best prices. Having an apartment in the very center of Madrid with enough space to move around and receive visitors can be very expensive.
